PACT stands for People + Animals = Companions Together. Our mission is to provide programs that benefit companion animals and their owners. We work towards a world where no beloved companion animals are unwillingly surrendered to shelters because of a temporary military or medical crisis.

11:00 AM – Literary Aviatrix with Liz Booker

The Power of Story – Tune in as Liz Booker, retired U.S. Coast Guard helicopter pilot and author invites you to take a peek into the stories of women in aviation that are inspiring the next generation of aviators.

12:00 PM – Veteran Et Cetera with Mike Kim Veteran 

A show meant for those interested in understanding Veteran lives from its distinct culture of the warrior at Home. This show explores the many narratives/counter-narratives of Veteran and military life to better understand Veterans and their lived experiences. Because there isn’t a Veteran Civilian Divide, just lack of awareness of Veteran culture. 

3:00 PM – Coming Home Well with Dr. Tyler Pieron

Coming Home Well is a deep dive into the resources available for veterans and their families that assist with healing the trauma of war. Additionally, Tyler is joined by historians as they revisit significant events within our military history to ensure our heroes are not forgotten.

5:30 PM – BFam Cooking with Jerome Amos

 “Culture, Cuisine, and Community” BFam Cooking show meets and greets with great chefs, talks about creating some excellent dishes, improves your talent in the kitchen by analyzing tools and techniques to help you make better food, or save time in your home kitchen, and craft ideas around kitchen products and outstanding techniques to help you to fabricate superior dishes.

7:30 PM – Hero 2 Hero with Leslie Yancy

Hero-2-Hero where your guest Leslie Yancy visits with everyday heroes from the healthcare and first responder communities who have chosen the mission of providing a solution to the issues they face.

9:00 PM – Multiple Calls Podcast with Scott Hewlett

On the Career Compass with Alisha D Brown, veterans and transitioning military members can discover valuable strategies to simplify their career transition. Alisha provides helpful advice on creating compelling resumes and building successful careers, which can significantly reduce the frustrations associated with this transition period.

10:00 AM – Veterans 4 Recovery with Major John Donovan

All Things Recovery! Join your host, Maj. (Retired) John Donovan, a noted author, lecturer and person in long-term recovery from substance use disorder, as he and his guests will breakdown current trending topics and research along with all things related to increasing recovery resilience and capital within our veteran and service-member communities.

12:00 PM – Military Aviatrix with Liz Booker

Military Aviatrix hosted by Liz Booker is a collaboration with Literary Aviatrix in exploring the amazing women of Military Aviation and opening the doors of the mind for young women to pursue their dream of becoming a pilot. Plug in and listen to stories of overcoming adversities to inspire others to persevere, historians reminding us of the sacrifices that come with war; and the heroic women who paved the way for women to soar with their dreams of flight.

3:00 PM – Beyond the Frontline with Donna Hoffmeyer and Jay Johnson

Exiting the military can be tough at times so having the resources to help make the transition a bit more smooth is helpful. In this podcast your hosts talk with experts in the fields of leadership, entrepreneurship, sharpening and highlighting your skills and working towards a successful transition. You will also hear true and transparent stories from those that have struggled with their transition but have found ways to persevere.

5:30 PM – Indecisive Bitch with Charlotte Rayfield 

Join Charlotte as she is transparent and real about being disabled, and the funny, strange, and complicated ways it affects our everyday lives whether we want it to or not.

7:00 PM – Psychiatric Causalities with Dr. Mark Russell and Dr. Charles Figley

A show that examines the untold truth of military mental healthcare from two insiders. Join Navy Veteran and psychologist, Mark Russell and Marine Veteran and psychologist, Charles Figley as they explore evidence of preventable generational wartime mental health crises, the “dark side” of the military’s long-standing strategies to deal with its mental health dilemma, and what is required to truly transform behavioral health both within and outside of military populations.

9:00 PM – The Raven Chronicles with Jon Archambault and Jason Sobkowicz

Two men seeking wisdom growth and learning more constantly. Join Muninn and Huginn, Canadian Veterans and former First Responders who wore the uniform, talking about mental health awareness, therapy and finding support. 5:30 PM – The Female Veterans Podcast with Kia Baker

The Female Veterans Podcast was created as a platform to raise awareness of the unique issues that face female heroes who serve and allow their diverse stories to be heard. We document what it was like to serve, the transition out of active-duty service, life as a veteran and how to make civilian life successful. The goal is to help other women by sharing our experiences – good or bad.

A mental health check-in for First Responders, Armed Forces, and persons exposed to and dealing with trauma. Navigating, managing and living life with PTSI/PTSD.

9:00 AM – Happy Healthy Caregiver with Elizabeth Miller

A show where real family caregivers share how to be happy and healthy while caring for others. Certified Caregiving Consultant, Elizabeth Miller, shares her stories, tips, and speak with others who are current or former family caregivers. 

12:00 PM – Veteran Spouse Network with Hannah O’Brien

This show highlights the experiences, stories, and needs of military and veteran families. Hannah brings together military and veteran spouses, partners, couples, family members, providers, and experts to speak on topics that are unique to the military and veteran family population, bringing awareness to experiences and challenges, sharing resources and information, and creating a space where members of this population can create a community of support and know they are not alone.

2:30 PM – Untangling Alzheimer’s & Dementia with Marianne Sciucco

A global community of authors writing about Alzheimer’s and dementia from personal experience to light the way for others. Join us as one of our authors shares their dementia journey, revealing intimate details and painfully obtained knowledge to help others currently on this path. We hope our stories offer comfort and support as we strive to break the silence and stigma surrounding a dementia diagnosis. 

5:00 PM – The Heart of Hospice with Helen Bauer and Jerry Fenter

The Heart of Hospice podcast is dedicated to helping personal and professional caregivers who are caring for someone with serious illness. We’re here to provide information and education so people can make informed choices about end-of-life care.

9:00 PM – Camouflage and Cover Ups with Jenn and Paige (alternating weeks)

A show about all things government or military, mainly their shenanigans.  Jenn is a retired Navy Aviator and Page is a civilian with a lot of questions.  Together they add humor to some heavy stories about government cover-ups, murders, spies, military, the 3 letter agencies, Presidents, conspiracies, and maybe even aliens. 

9:00 PM – On Being A Police Officer with Abby Ellsworth (alternating weeks)

An inside look at law enforcement through a civilian’s interviews. These are stories of police told by officers themselves. They talk frankly about what it’s like to be a cop in these volatile times, what drew them to the job, and what the people they serve don’t know about the challenges of their work. It’s a view from the front lines and some very personal and emotional stories, especially about why each of these officers chose to serve. 

9:00 AM -Straight To The Point with Dr. Tyler Pieron and Dr. Paul Lawrence

Paul and Tyler shave down to the specifics on Veteran Benefits and how they can assist with housing, compensation and education. With Paul’s expertise as the former Under Secretary of The VBA, he brings knowledge and guidance.

Veterans Of Color Podcast (VOC) a podcast that dives into the cultural and historical realities of people of color within the United States Military. A Veterans mission to help save lives by giving people a safe place to share their stories through film, music and media! Why? Losing people, especially our own kids to suicide is absolutely gut wrenching. Losing 22 Veterans a day is bullshit and Pam was almost one of them! She shares stories of those who have gone through traumas/tragedies, but how they’ve been able to overcome them because somebody needs to hear it. Is that somebody you?
